Respect & Non-Discrimination Policy
At Ahoyskipper, we believe in creating a sea-bound experience where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected — no matter who they are or where they come from.

All skippers, clients, and platform users are expected to treat others with equal respect, regardless of:

- Socio-economic background
This applies to all interactions — online and onboard.
For Skippers: Your Responsibilities
As a professional in the Ahoyskipper network, you agree to:
- Welcome and serve all guests equally, without bias or prejudice.
- Never refuse a booking or behave differently toward a guest based on personal characteristics.
- Create a comfortable, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere onboard for individuals, couples, families, and groups of all kinds.
- Be sensitive to cultural differences and always communicate with courtesy and professionalism.
For Guests: Your Responsibilities
As a user of Ahoyskipper, you agree to:
- Treat the skipper with respect and consideration.
- Avoid discriminatory comments, assumptions, or behavior.
- Respect all crew members and fellow guests equally.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Ahoyskipper has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment. If any report is submitted involving discriminatory behavior or language:
- We will investigate the incident.
- We may suspend or remove the violating user or skipper from the platform.
- In severe cases, we may escalate the matter to authorities or legal support channels.
If you ever experience or witness behavior that goes against this Code — including any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespect — we strongly encourage you to report it.
